How It Works
Your family physician or specialist submits a referral via our online portal, fax, or by phone. We accept referrals from across Vancouver Island.
Our clinical team reviews each referral and prioritizes based on urgency. Patients receive confirmed appointment information and clear pre-visit instructions.
Patients meet with their specialist for a thorough assessment. We take the time needed to understand the full clinical picture and develop an individualized care plan.
A detailed consultation letter is promptly sent to the referring physician. Ongoing management is coordinated collaboratively with the primary care team.
